What is the standard garage door service/call-out fee?
Our standard service/call-out fee is $189.00.
This covers the general service and checks outlined above. If additional parts or repairs are required, we will explain the issue and advise you of the applicable cost before proceeding with additional work.

If I book a service/call-out and decide to replace my motor, springs or cables, do you waive the $189 service/call-out fee?
Yes. If you proceed with a motor, spring, cable or similar replacement while we are on site, the general service/call-out fee of $189.00 is waived.
If you choose not to proceed with any replacement or additional repair work, you will only be charged the applicable $189.00 call-out/service fee.
Our standard service/call-out includes:
- General garage door service and lubrication
- Lubrication of required moving parts
- Torsion spring inspection
- Door alignment check
- Safety checks
- Open/close and force-limit settings
- Remote control programming
If your garage door requires additional parts, such as hinges, wheels or other components, these will be quoted and charged separately for supply and fitting.
Will I be charged extra if my garage door needs replacement parts?
Yes, where replacement parts are required.
Parts such as hinges, wheels, cables, springs, motors or other components are charged separately from the standard call-out/service fee.
We will discuss the required repair with you and provide the applicable pricing before carrying out additional work.
What if I decide not to go ahead with the repair?
That’s completely fine.
If you decide not to proceed with the recommended repair or replacement, you will only be charged the applicable call-out/service fee.

What is the after-hours call-out fee?
For Monday to Friday call-outs from 5:00 PM onwards, the after-hours call-out fee is:
$249.00
Additional parts or repair work, if required, are charged separately.
What is the emergency/same-day call-out fee?
Our emergency same-day call-out fee is $249.00.
This covers the emergency call-out. Parts and additional repair work are charged separately if required.
We will explain any additional costs before proceeding with the work.
Are parts included in the $189 service/call-out fee?
No.
The $189.00 fee covers the standard service and call-out outlined above. Replacement parts and additional repair work are charged separately when required.
For example, if your garage door needs new wheels, hinges, springs, cables or a replacement motor, the relevant parts and fitting costs will apply.
Do you tell me the cost before doing additional repair work?
Yes.
If we identify an issue that requires additional parts or repair work, we will explain what is required and advise you of the applicable cost before proceeding.
Our aim is to keep pricing transparent, straightforward and free from unexpected charges.
Can you repair my garage door during the same visit?
In many cases, yes.
If the required parts are available and the repair can be safely completed during the visit, we can often carry out the work on site.
If additional parts need to be sourced, we’ll explain the next steps and any applicable costs.
Do you service garage door openers and motors?
Yes.
We can inspect, service, repair and replace garage door opener systems where required. We can also assist with Merlin opener upgrades and installation.
If a replacement motor/opener is recommended, we’ll discuss the available options with you.
Pricing is subject to the applicable service requirements. Replacement parts and additional repair work are charged separately where required. After-hours and emergency call-out fees apply as outlined above.
